i don't feel very good today. incoming hormone surges, weariness, decisions about school still unresolved, and am currently sitting out another inhalation. tummy and back hurts.
i think a shower, once this is over, with a heavy skin scraping will be in order. that, and some nice, warm, clean jammies.
